Salty Dog Bistro began life in 1998, when Natalie and her family opened the original Salty Dog Bar & Bistro in the village of St Aubin, in the parish of St Brelade - and more than 25 years on, it's still run in the same spirit. Chef Paul Fletcher has been in the kitchen since day one, with manageress Lizzie Jenner leading front of house. The menu draws on fresh Jersey produce alongside bold, global flavours - think curries, reef 'n' beef, summer seafood platters and Asian-fusion small plates, plus vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options throughout. It's open for brunch, lunch and dinner, with a dedicated happy hour and small plates menu, and a Salty Kitchen takeaway range for those who want the same food at home.
